Coach Graff, from Janesville, was a two time All-State, three time All-Regional and three time All-Conference selection at Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay. In addition, he was a DI scholarship athlete at The Ohio State University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he was a Team Captain. 

Director of Player Development - Grant  Berkovitz 

Coach Berkovitz was born and raised in Sheboygan, Wi. and was a four year letter winner at Sheboygan North High School and Sheboygan Legion Post 83 (2001-04). While in high school he was a 2-time all-state performer (2003-04), 2-time Fox River Valley Legion Hitter of the Year (2003-04) and Rawlings All Region team (2004). Following high school he attended Div I University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2005-07). Earning 2nd team all-conference twice (2005 & 2007). While at UWM he made 127 starts and appeared in 140 games. Summers he played for his hometown team Sheboygan A’s (2004-08 & 2011). 

Director of Operations and Pitching Coach - Sam Wilhelms

Coach Wilhelms, born and raised in Fond du Lac, WI where he graduated high school is 2010 from Fond du Lac High School. While in high school, Sam twice earned First Team All Conference as a Pitcher and in his senior season he also earned Second Team All District. During Sam’s youth playing days, his Fond du Lac Babe Ruth team was two-time State Champion. After high school, he attended Carthage College and was a four-year (2011-2014) letter winner on the baseball team. He was a part of the regional runner up team in 2011. In the long history of Carthage College Baseball, Sam holds the single season and career record for saves. During the past three summers he has played for the Brownsville 49ers of the Rock River League where he won Pitcher of the Year from 2012-2014.

Off the field at Carthage, Coach received his degree in Exercise and Sports Science. His thesis centered on a weighted ball, throwing program, which was implemented while at his Internship at Slammers Baseball in Lake Forest, Illinois.  This program was developed to increase throwing velocity for not just pitchers but position players as well.  The program works to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles to increase arm speed.  Neal Cotts, a former reliever for the Milwaukee Brewers, used a version of this program as offseason training.

Coach - Dave Cladis

Coach Cladis was a middle infielder at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.  He started at 2nd base his junior and senior year.  His junior year he hit .329 with a fielding percentage of .980 and in his senior year he hit .366 with an on base percentage of .472.  His senior year, he was named to the Co-Sida All-American team.  He prides himself on defense, hitting, and playing the game the right way.

Coach - Andy Hodgman

Coach Hodgman is a former Division I pitcher at the University of Harvard. In addition to his playing background, he has traveled to the University of Southern California to learn from Tom House to become a certified National Pitching Association instructor, spent many hours learning about what Ron Wolforth is teaching pitchers at the Texas Baseball Ranch and has studied hitting and elite hitters with both Jake Epstein of Epstein Hitting and Mike Ryan down at Fastball USA in Schaumburg, IL.

Coach - Logan Peot

Coach Peot is from Green Bay, WI and attended Bay Port High School where he was an all state selection his senior year. He was an outfielder at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (2010-13). He is entering his second year with the Thundercats. Last year he was the assistant coach for the 16U team. He got his degree in K-12 Physical Education/Health and is currently the Physical Education teacher at Johnson Creek Elementary.
